Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At RAYEMERCHWORLDUS, we aim to make shopping simple, secure, and worry-free. Please read our policies on cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before placing your order.

1. Cancelling or Modifying Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Once processing, packaging, or shipping starts, cancellations are not possible.

  • A 6.9% + $1 processing fee applies to cover administrative costs.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and components.

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Contact service@rayemerchworld.us before returning any item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds apply if the product is damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive within the guaranteed delivery time.

  • Please provide photos/videos, order number, and customer name.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed but return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed after items are returned and inspected.

4. Exchanges

  • If an item is undelivered due to carrier error, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

  • Incorrect shipping information from the customer will result in replacement costs being charged to the customer.

5. Exceptions

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping info or customer inaction are not eligible for refunds.

  • Items in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-order and custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not compensated.

  • Force majeure events, including customs issues or natural disasters, do not qualify for refunds.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • We will attempt to contact you using the provided email for failed deliveries.

  • Packages returned or destroyed due to no response or incorrect contact info are not refundable.

7. International Orders

  • Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Returns or cancellations due to shipping or customs costs are generally not accepted.
